Jennifer Payne has more than 25 years of legal experience supporting all facets of the domestic and foreign patent prosecution process.

Jennifer demonstrates a breadth of capabilities, including excellent and timely communication skills, strong initiative, and unwavering energy. She assists attorneys in all areas of patent prosecution, including new application filings (such as utilities, provisionals, and national stage entries) in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and arranging for foreign application filings, including the authorization of convention, PCT, and national stage entry filings.

Before JMIN

Before joining JMIN, Jennifer served as an IP paralegal for various commercial law firms in San Diego, CA.

Outside the Office

Jennifer is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, camping, horseback riding, and biking. She spends her free time fostering animals, gardening, baking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. She also supports local animal rescue organizations, including the Humane Society, Frosted Faces Foundation, and Greyhound Rescues.
