Sarah Donaghue has over 12 years of experience in law firm billing. She started her career at Davis Wright Tremaine, the second-largest law firm in Seattle, Washington, where she grew to love billing and learned various areas of law, billing processes, and software platforms.

At JMIN, Sarah’s responsibilities include processing client invoices in a variety of formats, printing proformas and final bills for attorney review, researching and answering billing questions, inputting and updating invoices in the firm’s accounting system, and uploading invoices to the electronic billing system.

Sarah is highly valued for her prompt responsiveness, meticulous professionalism, and ability to thrive in JMIN’s fast-paced environment.

Outside the Office

When she’s not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her significant other, James, and her four dogs. She is active in the softball community, coaching and giving pitching lessons and clinics.
