Lee’s experience advising boards of directors, private and public entities, and executive management teams navigating complex deal structures includes cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, special purpose acquisition company business combinations, and venture capital investment. Lee has advised clients in various industries, including consumer goods and retail, media, industrial, satellite and aerospace, aggrotech, fintech, financial advisory, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate, blockchain, digital token, and technology companies.

Prior to JMIN, Lee served as a senior patent associate of Innovators Legal of Atlanta. Before that, he was an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP in New York.
